Review: Super microphone. The 'scooped' frequency response lends itself nicely to mic up bass which is my intended use. Seems to have a tight cardioid pattern which is ideal, be sure to check positioning though and have found it's possibly better to place it a little further away from your cab, perhaps 9". As a vocal mic (not by design) gives a rich "bass and treble" boosted sound with little popping, proximity effect is surprisingly good and even. Delighted..
