The capsule is medium size and easy to swallow. It doesn`t have a bad aftertaste and I can`t complain about side effects. I did not get a headache from it. It did give me more energy but not what I was hoping for.It says to take them on an empty stomach about half an hour before sexual activity or if you will be eating take half an hour before your meal.It also says to not take daily for best results and one capsule will last for 2-3 days. Really not sure about the 2-3 days. I did have more energy but that`s about it. It was my first time trying these so maybe I should try another to see if it improves.Also I think for the current price and just 1 capsule is a little to high. Wish I would see at least two capsules for that price. Also from my experience most supplement have to be taken for a longer period of time before your see results and one pill is not enough for me to give this a 5 Star Rating.For a little under $7, I rate this Male Enhancement Pill three out of five stars.I am thrilled I received this product for free for my honest and unbiased review.
