**Q: Is this a heat protectant ?**
A: Lightweight leave-in conditioner for a silk press because it detangles and offers heat protection. It boasts a sulfate-free formula and combines bamboo and silk proteins which strengthens, softens and smooths the hair.

**Q: Ulta has this product for $9.00, why from amazon $18.00**
A: Double check the sizes bc the 3oz travel sizes are around $9 on Ulta and Amazon. The full size products start at $18.

**Q: What fragrance does the product have?**
A: I think it is supposed to be floral but it is quite strong and smelled kind of...mildewy or rancid.  I mix it with argan oil to try for a more pleasant scent but it doesn't work.  Maybe I just got a bad batch of product but it looks fine and works very well.

**Q: Does this work on 4c hair?**
A: It should work for 4c too. I have 3c type hair and I am happy with the product. It smooth my hair without losing volume. If you are looking for a leave in conditioner to get ride of frizz, this is not the one. Get travel size to try.
