I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and my Achilles are too tight, but surgery isn’t an option right now because I have 2 young kids and can’t be laid up for weeks. I’ve had these a few months now and they’ve held up perfectly. The arch support in these insoles helps me out tremendously, add in the copper weave and bye bye foot pain. It feels so good to take a step and not have my feet hurt when I do so, I didn’t think insoles would be able to do that but these do! I messed around for years with gel inserts and they were junk in comparison, wish I found these earlier. Seriously, you can put these in your shoes and your feet feel better without even taking a step, the copper does some kind of magic with circulation or something.
