This was recommended by her doctor so we got it. She says it tastes great and she appreciated the measuring cup. She saw the benefits of vitamin B; wasn't as tired and sleepy during the day as before and had more energy. Lasted for approximately 2 weeks. Affordable pricing too. A tip; make sure you wash the measuring cup before putting it back in the box so that it doesn't go on the cap and make it sticky.
