Review: Great ortho resource - I am not interested in ortho BUT this is the standard resource used by those medical students who ARE interested in ortho as a career. For a student who has other ambitions ( mine happen to be in pediatrics), this is still useful in better understanding anatomy, radiologic testing, ortho clinical exams, and common ortho problems. It doesn't matter what field of medicine peaks your interest - this book will be critical to proper assessment of musculoskeletal issues. 100% recommendation even if you are interested in something other than ortho.

I am not interested in ortho BUT this is the standard resource used by those medical students who ARE interested in ortho as a career. For a student who has other ambitions ( mine happen to be in pediatrics), this is still useful in better understanding anatomy, radiologic testing, ortho clinical exams, and common ortho problems. It doesn't matter what field of medicine peaks your interest - this book will be critical to proper assessment of musculoskeletal issues. 100% recommendation even if you are interested in something other than ortho.
