This card doesn't show write speed. That's how you know it's doo doo **Q: Will this work with Chomebook?** A: I don't see why this would not work in a Chromebook. I think the only thing that would prevent this is the Chromebook's ability to "see" the full 1TB capacity is either the hardware limitations or the ChromeOS limitation. I would check with the manufacturer of the Chromebook. Otherwise the unused capacity is wasted. **Q: Has anyone had trouble with this microsd card going off line when copying a mass of files to it? It keeps crashing? Is this a bogus card from China?** A: Some of these microSDs will get pretty hot when a lot of data is being written to it. Especially large files and especially when using a US3 slot. Try touching it to see if it gets hot. If it does, use a small fan and blow air over it. Also try using a USB2 slot to slow the data transfer. Another technique is to transfer only some of the data than wait for a minute or so, then do some more ... again and again until done.
