I was so desperate from how painful it was. It was one of those "sit and pray" moments. Anyways. Those three things together helped make my problem less of an issue. Im not going to lie, the little bubble friend is still there. If I start to feel a flare up, I immediately start the routine. Its never been as bad as it was that one weekend many months ago.
