It has already been read by two other members of my family and I have recommended this to several friends and colleagues. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by P***K on 28 December 2019* I bought this book a number of years ago; however with very young kids and no babysitter it was impossible to do it - so it sat on the book shelf. My health was slowly deteriorating until I got to the point of no option but do this program or accept to die. I had to force myself to a very strong will of living since my kids need me (youngest was 12 months, oldest 8 years old) so I started this program 4 years ago. It is supposed to go on for 8 months, but for me - since I had no help with the kids I could not follow the program to the T - I did best I could; therefore I did it for 18 instead. Fantastic results - life saving! This tumor was closing my colon and it came out in day 3 after I first started with many other smaller tumors. From there my health started improving drastically. Today, my husband and I do this cleanse once a year for maintenance and follow recommendations of the diet in this book. If you really want your health back - this is the way to regain it!
