The label makes no such claim, but I saw no harm in taking a random strangers advice off the internet. It's not like it's someone trying to lure me into a panel van with a promise of candy (again). So I bought and added this to my ever growing shelf o' stuff that makes dramatic promises. I've lost over 100 lbs in a bit over a year, so I've got saggy skin at my arms, legs and belly. Arms are my priority because people see them when I wear a t-shirt. Belly is secondary because I see that in the mirror. Legs least important because I hardly look down. Anyway, It's only been a week and I can see improvement in my arms. A lot really.
