I have ordered several of action figures from this brand & line for my nephew & they have all come in perfect condition & original packaging. **Q: Is it really 10** A: Yes. With his hands up he is 10". 9 1/2 to the top of his head. This figure is INCREDIBLE! **Q: Can he fit with the standard Marvel Legends?** A: Well, this is a Marvel Select 10-inch figure and most of the Marvel Legends figures are 6-inch. I bought this figure, along with another Select figure (Deadpool) at the same time. It pleased me that they were scaled well compared to each other - the hulk is the larger of the 2 figures - by height, width, and overall size...just as it should be. In my opinion, this figure would work equally well as a toy for a child (it is substantial enough to hold up to moderate abuse from my 7 year old...POSSIBLY even my 4 year old), and as a display figure - which is how he is being used. I am so pleased with the 2 Marvel Select figures, that I will have no hesitation in adding more figures to the collection monthly - my goal is to have a 'montage' of action scenes on a display table.
