One failed in a state where it holds the door open about an inch. Others fail to slow the door down. Some have started clicking. I recommend NOT buying this product.10/22/2017 Update: After approximately 9 months the hinges that are used most frequently are starting to fail. In one the slow close mechanism failed so that door doesn't slow close any longer. In a few others the hinges getting loose causing them to click and wobble. It is not the mounting screw holding it to the cabinet, but the connection between the parts of the hinge that allow adjustment.I won't be purchasing these again.This hinge is OK.It does NOT come with mounting screws and this is not stated in the descriptionThe adjustment for the vertical direction doesn't work as well as other hinges I've used.The soft close function does work well though and these were the least expensive option.The opening for the mounting screw to the cabinet is small. If not for this I could have re-used my existing screws.But had to buy more screws making the good price for this product not as good after paying for gas, screws and my time.If you don't need screws this is a good deal.
