Or something that would work for it?** A: A small gym bag or something similar would work. When we travel with ours, we either pack it into our hand luggage, or simply wrap it in our clothes in put it in our suitcase **Q: After around a dozen twists, mine starts making heavy vibrations and making noise like it needs lubrication or something. Is this normal?** A: Sometimes the felt washer inside gets bunched up. Unscrew the handles to access the felt washer and reset it. That should greatly reduce the noise and friction. **Q: Please how much weight resistance is this adjustable to max? I was going to buy the ithanu or whatever it's called 60kg twister...** A: Trying to relate the Wringer setting to a poundage weight acting on your muscles (as used with free weights) is actually very very difficult - there are so many variables. You could measure a torque setting (lb/ft), but relating that to actual work done (ft/lbs) would still depend not only on the Wringer setting, but also the speed (RPM) at which the Wringer is turned. So in theory using a tight setting slowly would be similar to a loose setting quickly.Of course in the real world I'd simply recommend a tight setting for building size (body building, power lifting etc), and a loose setting for maintaining general strength or rehabilitation after injury. As far as choosing the right setting in the first place I simply go on feel. If you're still twisting without any burn after a minute of use then it's too loose. Equally if you're on your knees after 5 seconds, chances are it's too tight! I like to use a setting where it burns hard after about 30 seconds.terms of torque. **Q: Why is the Wringer making a groaning sound when twisted?** A: There's a spring that you're compacting, so it may be that.
