Figured it can't hurt to use this along with my rigorous training and nutrition program. For you guys who complain about having a reaction with a rash--that's not a reaction. That is the product doing what it's supposed to do. Read your product description and reviews. It's supposed to turn red, puff up and burn. It's very temporary. I love the feel and the scent of this lotion. When I apply it before a workout and use my thigh wraps, I sweat like crazy and can see a visible difference with tightening of that skin for several hours. Right now this effect is temporary and I'm not sure if it will ever last longer than a few hours. The jury is still out on that one.
