The Gateron Pro Brown switches are smooth and solid without being too loud. Keycaps have are textured but not rough (K10 keycaps are super smooth; I almost prefer this). The white backlight is nice, for dimmer work areas without adding RGB cost, and I never actually move my keyboard around, so unless you actually intend the keyboard to be mobile, the C series (which is wired only; USB-C) is perfectly fine and saves you some $$. Overall, while there are plenty of good mechanical keyboards, including some nicer Keychrons, I'm not sure there's a better choice for a basic, high-quality fullsize. Overall great product ### ⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable typing experience but weak battery *by N***R on 5 April 2026* The typing experience is excellent, I changed the keycaps after about 3 months of use, and it became more comfortable to type. However, the battery lasts about a week only after 4 or 5 months of use now, I have to connect it constantly to keep it powered. I used a G915 for years; typing was not this comfortable. It was ok, but the battery in that G915 used to last for more than a month. Also, last month, the A and T keyes started double typing (before I changed the keycaps). I tried resetting, opening keycaps, and ultimately changing them all, but it didn't work.
