In a regular deck (8.25 dgk)** A: easy answer; yes you can. hard answer, very carefully. these were used back in my day, late 70's and early 1980's, on wider boards, so to protect the bottom of the deck and to give a grip area to grab the board during tricks. since they are made of plastic, they act like a lubricating rail, they speed up the slide on the coping, rails and so on. you have to practice using them to slide with, since they tend to make you slide faster. on new style boards with such a concave, the rails will act the same, until, they wear and the middle of the board will be exposed, creating a edge that will grab while sliding, giving you a unequal slide pattern. there are so many benefits rails bring to the board; adjust your skills to use them. the slide factor is such that it can break loose when you are not expecting it. ride on **Q: do they work for scooters** A: Hi, Thank you for your interest in Rib Bones.
