I sooke to cs and they sent me a replacement that also does not charge via c port charger. You need an outlet or AC plug battery pack if you want to charge this when you are on the road. I returned the replacemnt and kept my original order. The battery on this product lasted me more than 8 hours on a full charge with constant use. Which was good. I liked the size and the functionality. I biught a keyboard as my clients sometimes uses the keyboard during signing . I am a mobile notary.
