We wanted to be able to let the farmer know how much was picked on that day so he could pay the pickers....since it's all by the lb. Our bags are 100 lb volume bags so we needed an surface large enough to hold the bags. Also we wanted something accurate and readable from all angles. We have found that we don't use the stand at all.
