To better assist you, please check the following components to help determine the cause of no water production from the RO System: 1. Please check if the Feed Water Adapter Valve is in the open position with the red line pointing towards the tube. 2. Please check if the Leak Stop Valve has been activated, opened with the Textile Pad expanded. Should the Textile Pad expand, this will cause the Leak Stop Valve to be activated and incoming water supply to be closed off to the system and will result in no water production. The purpose of the Leak Stop Valve is to detect any leak(s) in the RO System and will shut the incoming water off preventing a small leak from becoming bigger. This will prompt you to check under the sink and be alerted of the initial leak. Please remove the expanded Textile Pad and discard as it may not be re-used, . Do NOT place a new pad until the leak is resolved. Please continue to monitor the system for the next 5-10 minutes for any leaks as the system starts to pressurize. If there is a leak, please determine the exact location of the leak and follow necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve the leak. Place a new Leak Stop Pad once all connections are secured and there are no leaks after 5-10 minutes of system startup. Please allow 2-3 hours for the Tank to fill. 3. To check if the system is working properly and producing purified water, please turn the Tank Valve into the "Closed" position pointing away from the tube. Proceed to turn the RO Faucet in the "On" position and let us know if there is any water coming out. It should be a consistent small stream or consistent drip (non-stop), depending on incoming water pressure. While the RO Faucet is on, do you hear any water going down the drain? If you do not hear any water draining, please place your hand on the black drain tube and there should be water flowing through the black tube and down the drain. If there is no flow out the black tube while the RO Faucet is on, please let us know as there may be a clog in the system. 4. Please check the Drain Line Tubing connection into the drain pipe and make sure that this tube is not restricted in any way to ensure free flow of wastewater. 5. Please lift the RO Tank and let us know if it produced a full tank of water or no water at all? If so, please check the tank pressure. We recommend emptying the water from the Tank and once it is empty, please proceed to add up to 10 psi max into the Tank. This should help increase the pressure of the water coming out of the Tank. Please do not add any more than 10 psi or you will not have any room for water storage as it will be mostly air pressure. If after doing all these tests you are still unable to find the cause of the problem, please let me know, as one of the filters might be clogging the system or maybe a misconnection somewhere in the system. I can say that it worked for my system. My tds reading dropped from 13 to 6 after changing this membrane which is where it usually reads after the APEC membrane is changed. Cheaper alternative and works with the APEC system. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid 6 months of pure water *by on Reviewed in the United States May 29, 2021* This is a reliable, inexpensive filter but here's something to save frustration with the whole system if you don't get water flow:For a while I couldn't figure out why the Express Water spigot flowed very little and the tank wouldn't fill with water. Process of elimination brought me to the air valve at the bottom of the tank. Could there be so much pressure that it prevented water from filling the tank? I bled the air out and immediately the tank began to fill and later, spigot water flow increased but was sub-optimal. Looking at an online manual for the tank I read that you should not mess with the air pressure but nothing about an over-pressurized tank. It said the pressure should be 7-10 psi. Judging from the air I released the tank had to be at 30+ psi. I used an air pump to pressurize the tank to the correct psi and spigot water flow looked just like in the videos!
