Overall, they seem to be well made and they are a very good value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fine replacement for MDR-1A *by S***D on August 20, 2020* Pros: Installation process was easier than I thought it would be -- took me 10-15 minutes. Process was exactly as shown in the youtube video, and I didn't encounter any of the issues with fit as mentioned in some other reviews. Cons: Comes with a plastic tool to detach the old earpad cushions, and the head immediately snapped off the tool. However, I just used a flathead screwdriver which I found much easier anyway. The new cushions fit comfortably on my ears and look identical but have a stiffer, less premium feel. Overall I'm glad I made the purchase.
