But the mini has a newborn kit that you can buy. **Q: What is this like in very hot weather? Older model has a breathable mesh. Will baby sweat too much?** A: We have used this in hot weather. It works quite well along with the other stroller ventilation. We also use a portable fan to keep the baby cool. **Q: Is this snuggle washable? If yes, should I wash whole insert or just cover?** A: Yes, I have thrown it into the washer multiple times and then I leave it out to air dry. I have also used cleaners on it to get stains out.
