I didn't keep them because the heel area was too loose on my foot so they were not easy for me to walk in. I tried putting in heel grippers but it just didn't work. I wear usually a size 10/10.5. I sized up to 11 to put shoe pads in for my 8.5 hr days. Shoes arrive, beautiful shoes...Sadly, I can barely fit my foot in. They are SO TIGHT. That is without padding. I kept them to take to cobbler to stretch up and out... but, I sized up!?? WTH??!!
