Review: Sciatica relief! - I have sciatica. I use to sleep on my side. I could barely walk when I got up the pain was so great. I went in the hospital for flu and my sciatica went away! **Q: Is it comfortable for side sleepers?**
A: So comfortable! I’m a side sleeper and use a normal down pillow on top of the wedge. I have much less neck and shoulder pain than before.

**Q: Does it depress easily or keep it's form? I am 250lbs 6'3". I would love for it to stay firm and not to depress. Please advise.**
A: It will stay firm you will not sink in.

**Q: does anyone know the angle?**
A: I believe it's about 16 degrees.  tan^-1 (7.5/26)

I have sciatica. I use to sleep on my side. I could barely walk when I got up the pain was so great. I went in the hospital for flu and my sciatica went away! Almost totally. 95% better!.
