Deseo is innovation and the natural evolution of Mattei ancient family tradition. However, the guidelines behind the Deseo production are the same on which Antonio Mattei's cookies factory was based: the use of top-quality ingredients, only natural flavorings, traditional cooking methods, applied to new products and flavors, featuring a sophisticated and modern packaging and ongoing experimentation.
