You can place this in your underwear and relax for max 20 minutes. To use warm you can microwave in short bursts (so it doesn’t overheat). I used it warm and placed it on my stomach for uterine contractions. On my neck and shoulder too. **Q: I’m guessing from the pictures it can be reused. Is that right?** A: Yes you can wash this after use and it comes with disposable sleeves **Q: Are these for placing on your tummy or in your underwear or both?** A: Underwear, although I can’t see why you can’t use on tummy. If just for aches and pains I imagine fine but k would only use as instructed **Q: Do you use these on top of or under maternity pads?** A: I used on top of. You’re only supposed to use for 20 min at a time anyway. And they come with a liner/wrapper for each use (So it’s not directly on your bits!) I had two that I would alternate so one was always in the freezer ready to go. My only criticism is that the covers in the kit didn’t really protect the pad very well.
