Wait until your out and had too much to drink and you stumble into your house, drink a whole bottle and stay up for 40 minutes because you do NOT want to wake up in a few hours with a full bladder. Not fun. Next morning, depending on how much you drove yourself into the ground, you'll feel MUCH better than you should have. It's not a miracle cure but you sure as hell will have one in your fridge for when you need it.

**Q: does this contain artificail sweetners - I am looking for something to add to my water that doesn't have aspartame or splenda (sucralose)?**
A: Yes, it does.  The ingredients, as listed on the product, are: anhydrous dextrose, citric acid,potassium citrate, ;  Less than 2% of natural and artificial flavor; calcium silicate, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, and red 40.  Hope that is helpful.

**Q: What is the expiration date?**
A: The individual packs have a "use by" date printed on the back, just to the left of the directions for preparation.  At least that's where I found it on my purchase.

**Q: How long does it last unopened?**
A: Also curious about the shelf life- has anyone stored it long term (3+ months at least) before using?

**Q: Why put the worst sweetener in this stuff?**
A: you get used to it when it helps. Some are better than others!

It works! It does leave kind of an odd aftertaste, but it's not unpleasant, so no stars off for that. I've purchased this pack of 18 a few times now. It seems like I burn right through them! This stuff is the perfect hangover cure, and I always bring them when I travel. Way, way more convenient than the Pedialyte Liter bottles, and I love the orange flavor. It tastes great and really does work to rehydrate me when I'm sick or hungover. I hand them out like candy to my friends, too. :)
