Definitely a good buy for the money. The "vegan leather" is of modest quality, at best, and you can see a lot of irregularities in the chrome finish, but all in all, worth every penny.It does sit a little tall, even when fully dropped down, but I've spent two 10 hour work days with it and its been great.LONG TERM UPDATE: After 3 years of nearly daily use, the chair has help up really well in all respects except for the seat foam. While the other parts, including the back foam and seating surfaces, are almost like new, the seat foam has memorized my shape and refuses to completely heal, even overnight. The leather material is very soft and the foam is medium-firm which I like, seems like it will last a long time and not go flat quickly like other chairs I've tried. The only problem was the tensioner, it was really hard to turn by hand so I used a pair of pliers to adjust it to my liking.
