They still work great but the charging case stopped charging. I needed a new one and fortunately I found this one on desertcart. It solved the issue. Review: Good Replacement So Far - I had my old charger since the end of 2018 when I first bought my hearing aids and it worked pretty good for most of that time. A while back I noticed its battery wasn’t holding a charge which wasn’t a real problem but the other day I noticed that it was no longer charging my right hearing aid and that was a problem so I went ahead and bought this replacement. I just got it yesterday and so far, so good, it works. Only question I have is how are you supposed to read the included User Guide (see pictures)? I tried plugging it into my laptop but I don’t think it has a port that will work with it. Can I use it in Europe without a transformer?** A: yes, should not be a problem, you can also call Resound tech support at 888-735-4327 **Q: what type of USB cable port?** A: It is definitely not a standard micro USB. My cat destroyed the cable, and I tried several USB variations. None of them fit. Nowhere in the data sheet or other specifications does it say what cable this is. I could never find a cable sold separately on Amazon or on the Resound website. It looks like if the cable breaks (and it is a very flimsy receptacle) you end up buying a new charging station. **Q: Is this compatible with resound linx 3d hearing aids?** A: The Linx 3D hearing aids are not compatible with the Quattro charger. They will work with the 3D charger. **Q: does this item come with a warranty?** A: Yes they last maybe two years. The usb designed socket is the worst in the industry for continued use. Why did Apple come up with the Lightning connector? USB 3.0 was not out yet! I’m on my third charger.
