The first difference is that IMP2 has 1 channel and Prod2 has 2 channels. So, the IMP2 will receive 1 unbalanced signal in a TRS jack and sens 1 balanced in a XRS jack while the prod2 will do 2 of this.The other thing you need to compare is the attenuation level that between them.
