Diese rasieren größere Flächen hervorragend. Jedoch lässt die Leistung rapide nach wenn man auch mal in eine "Ecke oder Kante" muß.Wer wie ich die vierzig überschritten hat wird wissen was ich meine ;)Auch halten diese Klingen ihre Schärfe nur sehr kurze Zeit und werden dadurch zu einem sehr teueren Vergnügen.Ich stieg auf einen Kaufhausrasierkolben einer bekannten Marke um und verwendete auch dessen Klingen. Das Ergebnis war überraschend gut. Nicht so glatt wie mit den Systemrasierern, doch ok. Auch hier waren die Klingen nicht sehr ausdauernd, was bei deren geringen Preis jedoch nicht sehr schlimm ist.Jetzt habe ich mir vor einigen Monaten diesen Kolben geleistet und benutze "Astra Superior Platinum Double Edge Razor Blades" Klingen.Als Schaum kommt "Proraso - Rasierseife im Rundtopf (groß) mit Eukalyptus" zur Verwendung. Die Nachbehandlung erfolgt mit einem Alaunstein. Kein Rasierwasser oder was auch immer.Das Ergebnis ist hervorragend. Auch ist die Rasur an sich ein Erlebnis, das sich zu zelebrieren lohnt. Ich fühle mich frisch und erholt. Die Nachbehandlung mit Alaun brennt ab und an ein wenig (wirklich nur ein wenig) doch ich hatte noch nie Entzündungen. Kleinere Schnitte (auch die, die man nicht sieht) schließen sich schnell und Blutungen (kam ein mal vor) sind schnell beendet und nicht zu sehen.Für mich die optimale Rasur. Eventuell wäre ein Rasiermesser besser, doch kann dieser Vorteil nur noch gering ausfallen.Fazit: Wer nicht auf jede Sekunde beim Rasieren achten muß, sich etwas gutes tun möchte und sich morgens gut auf den Tag vorbereiten will - für den ist dieser Rasierkolben DIE Anschaffung. Vermutlich kan man ihn noch an die Enkel vererben.P.S.
