That's not to say that that the "shelf stable" isn't good. It just means it isn't required to be stored, or transported, in temperatures that will hopefully keep all of the bacteria you're hoping to add to your gut biome viable. Whereas the refrigerated option is suppose to be temperature modulated. **Q: Are these kept cool during storage and delivery?** A: We do keep all products in a temperature-controlled environment as per the label instructions when items are stored in our warehouse facilities.
