Anything & EVERYTHING that is written by Ruby is just so healing; peaceful; and brings much happiness.  Ruby is so compassionate and filled with so much wisdom.  This is my 3rd book that I have purchased.  (And I have encouraged a few of my closest friends struggling with depression & issues of self-love to purchase her books as well.) The other two books are 'Dear Self' & 'My Hope for Tomorrow.'  I also follow Ruby on Instragram.  She always takes the time to acknowledge her followers which to me is so thoughtful.  Ruby's writings are a gift to the world; her writings are so inspirational and so touching.  Ruby's writings will not disappoint.  I would highly recommend ALL of her books.  I am so blessed to have discovered Ruby Dhal...she is #1 in my self-care book collection.  Thank you, Ruby!!!
