Review: Good So Far - Likes: Helps with daily bowel movements, especially if you eat healthy food and drink enough water. I have trouble going once a day, so this helps with regularity. Dislike: Only one dislike, but it doesn't stop me from taking them. I seem to get a stomach ache for a short time when taking these. I make sure I have eaten something, but still get the stomach ache. It only lasts a little while, so I'm not sure if that is when the pill is dissolving or if is actually doing something beneficial in my stomach. I plan on doing it probably twice (with the PB assist break inbetween), and after that, probably 4 times a year. I'll do an update at a later date if the product helps my son with his digestive issues. He hasn't completed the 10 days yet, and I may have him do it twice as well.

**Q: Are these the large gel capsules?  I can't. Get them down and can't tolerate bad taste either.  If they're the small ones great.**
A: no they are not large. they are definitely on the small side for sure. no bad taste when you have them in your mouth to swallow with water. sometime you will get a burp that reminds me of good pizza because of the oregano oil. but if you are afraid of an after burp or nausea if you have a sensitive stomach, eat a piece of bread or a couple crackers a couple minutes after you take the gx assist. I have found that to be helpful.
