Customer service for this company is non existent. They won't respond to emails, just continue to bill you when you're trying to cancel. This stuff tracks EVERYWHERE and doesn't last anywhere near a month. The litter box will completely fill with urine since it doesn't clump. It smells awful. My cat started using my rugs to pee on instead of her box because this stuff was so nasty.

Since it doesn't clump, the crystals rapidly get saturated with urine. There's no way to dip the saturated crystals out, so eventually it pools at the bottom, and smells to high heaven. I dumped the first and only filling of this stuff and switched to Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat Respiratory Relief Clumping clay litter. It has almost no dust and makes nice, tight dry clumps.

Buyer beware, if you purchase a bag of the product you ARE signing up for a monthly subscription. The bag is small for the 22 dollars you will pay. They suggest a bag a month for each cat, I have 4 cats and would be paying $88.00 plus for one month of kitty litter.

This litter is disgusting. The super small, super dusty crystals track all over the house. None of the urine clumps so it turns yellow and smells so bad within days. I hated it and my car hated it. When I tried to cancel, they took two days to tell me I probably needed to change it more often and should change my membership to every three weeks instead of once a month, but I hadn't even had it a week yet. This company won't last long! Good intentions but.... Terrible product.

I ordered directly from the pretty litter site but can not seem to find a place other than here to write a review. I hated this litter. It smells Horrible and that smell for some reason clinged to my long haired kitty. multiple times daily I clean my litter boxes and I notice the smell after it’s first use. I did not notice dust as other have stated and it does track a bit. But sorry if I can’t take the smell I feel horrible for making my cats experience it.

I don't dislike the litter, but I ordered one month and they put me on a subscription without my permission. When I called, after I saw I was charged again and another order was coming, they refused to refund me this second month. Rip off!

My cat didnt want to use it. Go figure!

I have two cats and I’m obsessed with pretty litter. There is no odor unless I wait too long to clean it. I use a bit more than they recommend though so it lasts a full month. I add a bag and a half to each litter box (two boxes, two cats). People on here are complaining that urine pools in the bottom, but if you stir the litter once a day it doesn’t pool at all. The only downside to this litter is that it tracks pretty bad. But I have a robot vacuum though that picks it up easily every day. I’m never going back to a different litter.
