I recently noticed the main hose was leaking and I needed a replacement I called their customer service department and the representative immediately placed an order for the hose that was under warranty and will be shipped to my house within 7-10 business days. Keep up the good work!Respectfully,William ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The perfect solution to Florida tap water *by H***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 27, 2021* We were putting in a new kitchen and needed an answer to getting filtered water from a stylish, modern faucet, with removeable spray head. This has worked perfectly. The installation was a breeze and operation is easy beyond my expectations. The filters work well and have provided odor and taste free water for 4 1/2 month now. I have replacements ready and they look easy to swap out. The filters are a little expensive but I guess you have to pay for convenience. I am surprised other faucet manufacturers have not jumped on this arrangement ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ SPRAYER REPLACENENT NEEDED *by L***D on Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2021* We purchased this in 2018, it has worked well & the filters are easy to find and replace. The spray nozzle is now broken though & we cant find a replacement.
