I haven't noticed any changes. As other reviewers have stated, it is quite heavy and uncomfortable around the eyes. The mask is easy to use once you get used to it. You plug it in and use the remote control to set the color, time, and brightness of the mask. My main complaint is that the mask is very heavy. To alleviate the heaviness on my face I either lay flat when I use the mask or lean back on a couple of pillows, so I am sitting at an angle. I use it at least 3 times a week. I have seen a change in my face already). My face has always been prone to breakouts. As I have gotten older the breakouts are not as bad, but I have hormonal acne when it is time for my period. I have had no breakouts since I started using the mask! The color of my skin has evened out and it glows! I would recommend this product to anyone! Bonus tip: love the box.
