The fabric is mediocre and torn, very disappointing and would not recommend buying. **Q: How does the material feel? Trash bag? Rubber? Cloth?** A: Nothing from day one of waterproofing. Every time it rains, I find the whole seat is wet. But that cover didn't last for months. i don't recommend it at all **Q: Does this really have a lifetime warranty?** A: Well, this is how it looks after only 3 months of use. At first it started fading from the summer sun exposure and now, after only 3 months of use, it is showing cracks with no previous tear or any marks. Fits over a tall bike with saddle bags. It is watter ressistant even on the long run ( i live in ireland it can rain for days) It is heat resistant ( exhaust heat) Because it is light it is easy to put it on and there are straps to secure it on the wheel .
