I updated drivers, adjusted power settings on USB ports, so much trouble shooting only to find out i got this product to work using a 3rd party Software called, SPAD.NXT (I used a 14 day free trial - i had to pair each button up through spad.nxt and msfs recognized it.) Product is now fully operational but was a pain to set up. Not sure if its a Msfs 2024 update problem or if its a logitech driver issue- none the less expect an additional 30$ payment for 3rd party softwares in order for product to work with msfs 2024. I am not sure about 2020 - sorry. After set up and configuration i can honestly say, I love this multipanel. Makes my flights seem more real and I can use the mouse less which for me is the ultimate goal. You can use it, but needs some work. Look in the 2020 forum for the way to get it to work. I'm just going to wait for Logitechs driver. I'm hope it will be soon. **Q: Can I change speed with this or is it alt only?** A: With the Multi Panel the speed can be changed for aircraft with a digital airspeed indicator, e.g. Boeing 737. **Q: Do the buttons iluminate when pressed?** A: Yes, they iluminate. But I recomend not to buy, the knob with which you select CRS, HDG, IAS, VS, ALT, is very hard to turn and select the function you want, and, after some use it those not work any more. The worst part is that they don't have or don't want to sell you the replacement.
