When I moved to Denver Colorado (High Altitude) for the life of me I could not make yorkshire pudding the same. I tried extra eggs, cold water, room temperature eggs, it always tasted good, but never quite the same poofienesss. I saw this on Amazon and thought what the heck I'll give it a try. I first bought the single box which had US instructions...the box of six was all metric/celcius which was easy enough to figure out with a little googling but it would have been nice to regular directions. In a nut shell use 425 degree oven , 1 cup of cold water and definately 2 eggs. the single box called for 1 with a tip that if you want it really fluffy add an extra egg. the box of six said 2 eggs right in the directions. It was AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME...just make sure your oil is HOT!!!! and another tip...this makes 12 muffin cups. It is just me and my husband so I split the recipe in half on my second go....and made 6.
