As far as stress goes, I feel like I've been extremely passive in a way I normally am not. Even when I feel like I should be frustrated, I just can't find the effort to act on it.As far as sleep goes, I've been sleeping very soundly, but usually end up feeling very tired around mid-day. I haven't noticed any changes in my memory, but that apparently takes many months of use before it has any effect. I’ve been hoping to get results from natural herbal supplements but most don’t do much. So far, I’ve tried Toniiq’s Bacopa and also the Ashwagandha product and found each to be very effective.
