With all 5 character packs you could play 5 players with the base set or add a 6th boss deck. Honestly though, most people would agree the game plays best at 2 and every player beyond that is less recommended. **Q: Do I need two of these core decks to play with 4players, like in star realms? Do I need 2-sets of character decks to play 4-players too?** A: No, the core deck will support 2-4 Players. **Q: Does this include the class decks?** A: No. Those are separate cards available on the White Wizard website. There's five packs each with a different class. **Q: How many cards fit in the core game box? Is there room for character decks?** A: Dan, thank you for your question. The core box has 144 cards.
