If I ran it on 60-120 fps, I'm sure it wouldn't run for 3+ hours (or until I turned it off) but I also have no reason to shoot at high frame rates for long durations of time. I did a short test at 60fps though and it was over 35 minutes before I turned it off myself. I think firmware updates have helped. There are also Ulanzi/Smallrig cages that help with heat dissipation too. Overall I'm very pleased with it since I mainly would be doing long shooting at 4k 30fps and if I need to ramp up the FPS for a slow motion video, I can get those clips without any issues. Hope this helps. **Q: Is there support for H.265?** A: Simple answer is no. The camera supports MP4 which is H.264 format. The new format is HEVC H.265 which has better compression. The biggest difference between the two formats is HEVC/H.265 has better video compression and hence smaller video files. I just noticed the audio is a little on the low side. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I like it a lot *by A***Z on December 14, 2021* So far it's been very good for me. It has got a bad propaganda claiming that it overheats and I don't know if it's true or not yet, but I am pretty sure I won't get my video stopped because it is an action camera and I use it as such, not as a videography camera to shoot movies. Action sports don't require 4k 120p. You just need 3 mins max to do a skateboard run, to ride a wave 5 - 6 mins to snowboard or mtb down a hill, you just need to hit the button when something interesting is going to happen, and this camera is lighting fast, it won't take more than a second to turn on and start recording. Image quality and stabilization is of the best out there. The downside is that it is so premium that you are always afraid of scratching it or denting it and especially the lens glass which is not replaceable so you end up buying glass screen protectors for the lens and the display and I am also looking forward to buying a chinese waterproof case for the camera module in order to protect it against drops and smashes. Also I didn't expect the gopro mount was so heavy, it's because it's all metal.
