Review: Awful taste - Worst bone broth I have ever purchased. The taste is awful
Review: For the past two to three years, I have bought liquid bone broth in jars and cartons, most of which have had numerous added ingredients such as apple cider vinegar, numerous spices, and even sugar. So, I simply tried to always go with those with the fewest, healthiest, added ingredients -- but even their ingredient lists read like a novel, and the prices were ridiculous. So, I was floored when I discovered that bone broth powder was an option. And as with the liquid varieties, many of them have all kinds of extra additives and ingredients. Then, I found Left Coast Bone Broth Powder...The "ingredients" are: grass fed beef bone broth protein powder. Full stop. And no, they don't even add salt! So, despite there being a smaller option, I ordered the 2-lb size. The main reason I'd been looking for an affordable, "clean" bone broth option was because I break my water fasts with bone broth. Then, while following a carnivore style diet, I discovered that coffee, tea (herbal or not), and caffeine, in general, no longer worked for me. This discovery led me to discover that I was even more addicted to starting my days with a hot drink than with caffeine! In the reviews summary, there are complaints about the price of this bone broth powder and its "foaminess." Neither of these issues present problems for me. Though admittedly, the price is a bit steep for my budget, the cleanness and quality of this product are worth it to me. Additionally, it has a subtle beef flavor that I absolutely love! And it doesn't hurt that it's brown in color either. So, I mix one scoop of powder with some sea salt in about 14 oz of hot water and I no longer miss my coffee or tea. And to me, this tastes better than the broth in jars and cartons with all their unnecessary additives, e.g., excessive spices, and even sugar. A: Hi there - the product is certified by the USDA through Pennsylvania Certified Organic PCO. I'm not sure how often the USDA database is updated, or who takes care of that that said if you'd like to see our certificate of organic certification send our support an email support@leftcoastperformance.com and we will send it along.

**Q: Is this a 100% grass-fed?**
A: Is the grass they eat treated with pesticides or weed killer glyphospate?

**Q: What does this taste like?**
A: I'd never tasted it, but added it to my "heavily supplemented" coffee - so this morning I put a bit of the powder on my tongue.  Not much taste, but when damp it's very sticky.  Don't know how you intend to use this - in water to drink like homemade bone broth? - but if the idea puts you off, they also offer the same product in a capsule.  Hope this helps.

He probado todas las marcas y esta no es mi favorita. El exceso de espuma es incómodo y se desperdicia producto. No se deshace con agua caliente por lo cual hay que hacerlo con batidora o licuadora :( no es práctico. Sí es insaboro, por eso no lo califico más bajo.
