We recommend Ease Release™ 2831 to release urethane foam from most surfaces. If the release application is particularly difficult (example; releasing urethane foam from urethane rubber), we recommend an application of Universal Mold Release™ followed by an application of Ease Release™ 2831. WARNING; Do not use Universal Mold Release by itself, or any other silicone based release agents. This will collapse the foam. You MUST perform a small scale test to determine if the release agent you use will work properly with the plastic you are casting against. **Q: Would this work well for filling a plaster body cast intended to make a dress form for sewing?** A: I thinking would. It is pretty "squishy " so if that's okay with you then I think it would work well. **Q: Hi, do you also have smooth on flex foamV or 6?** A: I am not Amazon and I have not worked with 6 (Pillow soft) but I have a sample of it. The Smooth-On web site says they make sample kits for both products and they are both similar to 3 in that they are measured by volume. The big difference is that they expand less. **Q: What is the Shore hardness of the resultant foam?** A: I could not find a Shore Hardness for the Foam (and yes, I know what I was looking for) but since it is their most expansive foam I imagine the number to be quite low.
