Review: Perfect if you are having problems with your hands - I recently tore two tendons in my hand; I am unable to grip anything tightly with my left hand. Unfortunately, the "hand" surgeon won't do anything until I do 8 weeks of physical therapy, per Medi-Care. While In PT we use these webs, they come in 4 colors which indicate the resistance each one has. I have 2 specific exercises that I have to do for my particular injury. On my first day I started with the softest web pressing my hand into the web causing my fingers to be pushed slightly backwards. This helps stretch the tendons that close the hand. Next, I place my fingers through the holes (they are spaced to fit different sized hands so anyone can use them) with the edge of the ring nestled where my thumb meets my palm and try to squeeze, this helps with your grip strength. Over the weeks, I have progressed to the stronger webs, still doing the same movements. I understand this is a bit long winded, but the reason is, they work really well, because I am now able to actually close my hand in a fist, still no good grip strength, but it is progress. In the packaging there are photos of the different exercises you can do with these webs. Make sure to place a lightweight towel over the webs to keep your fingers from going into the holes on the exercises that require a flat surface. As far as durability, if they didn't last, they would not be in our PT Dept. Just a tip, if you can use a heating pad for 10-15 minutes before you start, this will help relax your muscles and tendons. After your exercises, place a frozen bag of peas or a bag of ice on your hand for 5-10 minutes this will tighten everything back up. It never hurts to get some professional/medical advice before you start your own treatments.
Review: Perfect. - It was as expected plus had a separate page showing additional uses of the web. Very helpful.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Saw reviews saying this is too small. What is the diameter?**
A: Hi Jordan...using math method the diameter is about 14 inches, which makes the circumference a little over 43inches. Using a visual approach you can put a pie plate in the middle and have almost 2 inches left over all around...hope this helps....Susan

**Q: I'm a girl with slender hands. i'm looking to exercise my fingers by extending them outward. not gripping. should i get the ultra light for this?**
A: I used the power web primarily for gripping after breaking my wrist - but it probably can be used for extension by altering the placement of your fingers to be closer together and extending them.... play around with it to see what all it will do for you or look for 'finger exercisers'.

**Q: How big are the holes? I’m thinking about it for my sensory seeking kiddo.**
A: The regular sized red exerciser has square holes that are 5/8" x 5/8" which can be stretched to 1" x 1". There is also a Jr. version available.

**Q: Is this product Latex free?**
A: The red Power Web is NOT LATEX FREE - They do make a model that has NO LATEX but it is beige. I hope that helps.
