They also sell an extra kit with wore cups. **Q: Where is this made** A: Not in the USA for the price I paid and it don't say on the product **Q: Does this kit have all the adapters you need t remove and install upper and lower ball koints on a 2012 ram 2500 4X4?** A: We are afraid not. It work with a 1994-1999 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD. **Q: will this work on a 2003 honda element lower ball joint?** A: I used it on a Honda element and didn't have any problems. You just have to find the correct combination to press it out. I'd reccomend having a ball joint separator on hand as well. Your mileage may vary, but I got two ball joints removed and installed and one of the cups failed (as pictured). 4 stars on ease of use because the variety and a little intuition goes a long way, but some markings for sizes might be nice so I didn't have to measure/eyeball everything. 5 stars for value - did one cup get damaged? yes. But the replacement process was quick AND easy! Chalk it up to a less than ideal quality control issue that's easily mitigated with great customer support/service. 3 stars for durability because one cup did fail under normal use while the rest of the kit passed with flying colors 5 stars for AMAZING customer service. At the end of the day, I got the job I set out to do done. Most of the pieces seem sturdy, and customer service was great. I (believe it or not) actually look forward to the next ball joint job in my future thanks to this set. EDIT (5/30/2020) Seller reached out within a day of me posting a review - I didn't even have the chance to contact them. Awesome that they took the initiative to make things right.
