I have been using it for some time now and it makes cooking with the sous vide very nice. The two problems I have experience with it are with the sides. It has a rolled plastic lip and angled sides along the entire rim. It makes mounting the sous vide device a little bit awkward. If this were specifically made for a sous vide attachment a flat tab on one side would be very helpful. The second complaint, and it is with the rolled plastic lip, is trying to use clips for attaching bags to the side. Because of the width of the lip it is difficult to get clips on there.Other than that it is a great size, I have done fish, steaks, pork and even five to 6 pound briskets and beef tenderloins in it.
