The creamy pesto is great served on hot pasta with nutritional yeast and parmesan. In both sauces, there is a distinct lack of roasted pine nuts and pungent garlic flavor. This is replaced with cashews and cheese. These are fresher tasting pestos than I am used to and great sauces to keep in your pantry for a rainy day!

The jars of pesto come well packaged in excellent reusable jars. The labels are easy to remove when soaked in hot water. The rustic pesto tastes good hot, better on cold pasta salads, and best as a spread with hummus and feta on pita pocket bread! The creamy pesto is great served on hot pasta with nutritional yeast and parmesan. In both sauces, there is a distinct lack of roasted pine nuts and pungent garlic flavor. This is replaced with cashews and cheese. These are fresher tasting pestos than I am used to and great sauces to keep in your pantry for a rainy day!
