So when I came across this listing on Amazon, my initial reaction was to keep scrolling, but then curiosity got the best of me and i looked it up. I was surprised to see there were so many health benefits to it so was feeling tempted but didn't know if I could handle the taste or smell. Thanks to previous reviewers though I saw that it is free of that taste and smell!! So all the benefits without those two dreadful factors!! Awesome!! I HATE trying new foods but I figured this was a good compromise. The day it came I made some chocolate chip cookies with it with a recipe I found. I thought they would be a good intro to it. And hopefully make it more tolerable. What I was not anticipating, and shall now "warn" you about, is that everyone here absolutely loved them! The dozen or so I made did not last 24 hours! Wow! I was grateful that what I had read about the smell/taste was true and I was glad to be eating a healthier snack. Another benefit to this is that it is able to be purchased with an EBT card! My only disappointment is the size of the bag. In the beginning I was glad it was small in case I didn't like it, but now that I have tried it twice it is rather a bummer. For only 2 recipes I used almost 2 whole bags. Each comes with a little over 2 cups only. So especially if you are planning to bake with it, i recommend 2 bags at least. I just placed my order for bags 3 and 4!! This may be a great aid to others too, who are looking to eat healthier but struggle to make big changes.
