Review: Should you get this over its competators.... YES! - I buy a lot of technology. And I mean a lot! From power Banks to cell phones to watches to well pretty much anything and I need a plug that can keep up with a lot of my high-yield items such as my tablet and many of my other charging needs. So what sets this one apart from other companies especially it's major competitors? Well this version, by the way this is the 140 primary version not the 140 youth version which is a little bit different. The youth version is maxed out at 140W total whereas this one can do 140W PER PLUG. So that's what sets it apart from its competitors which can also only do 140w in total for the entire plug. This device also uses very modernized gallium nitride technology so that's what allows high power in such a small package. Once again very similar to its competitors, you know who they are, why is this one much better? Well for starters it's actually surprisingly light it's half the size of your MacBook charger yet can charge your MacBook your phone and one additional items such as your watch or your earbuds all at the same time. Heck it doesn't even have to be a macbook it can be your iPad and your MacBook and so on. But by the way if you wonder why I'm using Apple products is because that seems to be the industry standard that everyone compares too. I use OnePlus products exclusively so this review is not meant for me since I have the product and I love this thing. This thing is small enough to fit in your pocket and can pretty much charge whatever you plug it into whenever you need it so long as you have the right cable which this company can provide if you end up getting any more of their products. Was that out of the way obviously as you can see this is an American only plug so you'd have to get an adapter that can go internationally or you can actually go directly to the aohi website and get a specific version for the country that you're either going to or plan on being in for a while which is kind of neat. I've used this thing to charge a lot of heavy use an items and I have not been disappointed. In fact I suggested this to a buddy of mine who works in the film industry and he absolutely loves this product. So much so that he actually bought like six of them to use in each room he works from. To me that's crazy but that's not an endorsement or anything like that I'm just marking that down this information. Yes above is a lot of words to say this product is absolutely worth the money spent on it. I have had no issues with this product in the time I've owned it I have charged hundreds of times and not once have I ever had a single issue with anything plugged in or any compatibility of any products. It also even supports a lot of the fast charging capabilities, like with the company OnePlus it supposrs the SUPERVOOC charging and gets my phone from like 5% to 100 in like 45 minutes which is insane! If you're looking for a gift for someone who's a heavy technology user this is definitely a really good product to get!
Review: Unless you need a 140W charger, buy this one for ALL your needs! - I moved away from USB A chargers for charging my devices. I only have 2 though. An iPhone and an M2 iPad Pro. In switching, I wanted a charger which was powerful: I consider 100W to be the golden standard, while having a degree of futureproofing- a feature which is ubiquitous in my decision making and purchases. I'm not going to give you a very detailed and technical review. This charger is excellent. Not only that but it suits my needs perfectly as I am sure it will suit yours as well. If you have a device that uses USB-C charging, buy this charger. Whether the device uses as little as 15W or 25W, get it. What you need to remember is this 100W is not going to damage your device which uses little wattage. USB-C devices negotiate the power rating of your device so you are safe. When you take the charger out of its packaging, the first thing you notice is the heft and it gives an impression of a solid, well built device which is not cheap. I do not have any other USB-C charging brick to compare it to, other than the 20W charger which came with the iPad Pro. The AOHI 100W charger also comes with a 100W rated USB-C cable, which has a LED display on the USB-C connector jacket or folded strain relief. It is at the connector which plugs into the device you're charging. It is counterintuitive to pluck the connector with the LED display, into the charger. I have had my charger since the 22nd of December, 2022. From then till now, I have had no problems with it or the cable with the LED wattage indicator. Some people indicated in their reviews that after a mere couple of days, the LED indicator stopped working, or the frame of the LED broke off,f or the cable stoped working. I experienced none of these issues. Seven weeks after, it's going strong and working superbly. Special Note: this cable does not seem to pass data. My M2 iPad Pro does not show in Finder, Photos or any other app. It's just a charging cable. If you have a laptop that has a USB-C cable you can definitely get rid of whatever brick you had and replace it with this. And even if you just have phones or tablets now, you can future proof a bit by buying this wall charger. If you treat it well, it will last and you can use it for future devices you will purchase. The only thing that I would have really enjoyed is if the LED colours which indicate the different states of charging, worked for my iPad Pro. Sure it cycles through yellow, green and blue while my iPhone is connected but when the iPad is charging, from low battery to 100% charge, the charger remains on yellow. However, it adjusts the charging though. As I am writing this, the charging went from 38-35 watts and while the battery is 94% I am seeing 10W with the display on and a steady 6 with the display turned off. The charger does not get warm. The iPad doesn't either. You want a safe, powerful, reliable charger for your electronic device? Do like me and buy the AOHI 100W USB-C charger.

Outstanding! Right out of the box this charger actually does what it's advertised to do! It powers my 140W MacBook Pro 16", iPad Pro and iPhone simultaneously. This cuts down on carrying multiple chargers while traveling. The small footprint makes this a pleasure for travel. The charger is solid. Very heavy. I'm assuming thats the heat sink encasing the charger to evenly dissipate any heat in a way that spreads it uniformly through out the charger. Nicely done Aohi, nicely done.
